Problem in rewriting the url

I made the migration from Joomla 2.5 to 3.x and I also migrated EasyBlog, I set the various functions in the tab seo but do not understand why the url are not like those "old". First were http://www.mysite.com/category/name-post.html
now they come out like this:
http://www.mysite.com/blog (name-alis-menu) /name-post.html

Where did I go wrong?

It should be work fine now, It seems like you forgot to assign which category in your single category menu item.
Please have a check.

May i know which various function in the tab SEO setting you set from Easydiscuss or other 3rd party extension in your site?

By the way, can i know which URL you would like to achieve here?(Give some example)
Also can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.
