I try to install last version without success.
What i did :
- trying to import archive from my PC : error 500
- deleting previous folder :
/components/com_easyblog
/administrator/components/com_easyblog/
/media/com_easyblog/
media/foundry
Upload archive to tmp folder and import it : error 500
Don't know what is the problem, i use rockettheme template and a fresh joomla 3.2.1 install.
Regards,
Olivier
Hello Olivier FRASCONE,

I have help you installed the Easyblog using install by directory method, i suspected that was file permission issues, so you hitting the 500 error, you have to consult this to your webhosting provider. Also, i have help you rename the old easyblog file to com_easyblog_bak, you can delete it from your file.

/administrator/components/com_easyblog_bak
/media/com_easyblog_bak

Hope this help.

Hi Arlex,
we never experiment this such problem with permission issues (previous install or others extensions)
We will install a new version of a new site, when you said directory method, you mean ?

Olivier
