I've asked my colleague filling the polls using his macbook and firefox browser (with the user access you've given above) seems it was works fine.
It is possible to provide us with the user access that have the issue so that we can try replicate it? By the way, seems like your FTP access did not works http://take.ms/WMIXmT

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Based on what i checked, it seems like your profile type privacy already set this following privacy rules to 'My Friends' only.

- Who can view my polls
- Who can vote on my polls

In order to allow public user can vote it, you have to update these rules to public and tick this checkbox (Tick the checkbox to reset all user's default privacy under this profile. ( This will also reset previous privacy settings of items belong to the users.)) from the profile type setting.
