Problem doing a fresh install

Hi Support team

I am attempting to do a fresh installation of EasyBlog. I tried by using the launcher as well as by uploading the full package to the TMP directory of my site. Each time the install fails and I get the following message:

Warning
Table 'db567358267.gway_easyblog_configs' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `params` FROM `gway_easyblog_configs` WHERE `name`='dbversion'

This is a new Joomla install today and I have successfully done a fresh install of EasySocial using the Launcher.

Please can you explain what is causing the problem?

Hey Paul,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I tried to access your site with the provided login credentials but unfortunately they are not working Can you please advise?

By the way, can you also please provide us with the FTP access please?

Hey Paul,

Thanks for getting back to me on this! It looks like there was some bugs in our installer where it wasn't detecting the available tables on the site correctly. I have fixed this for you and the installation works flawlessly now

Rest assured that this will be fixed in the next release of EasyBlog.

Brilliant. Thank you for resolving this so quickly Mark. Much appreciated. I'm glad this wasn't something I was doing wrong... I'm a relative novice and still developing my joomla/web skills, so it's hard for me to know where I'm going wrong.
