I've checked your site and found that you have set Payplans Registration integration to Easysocial.

So when user try to register from Es registration it will redirect user to plan page as payplans registration plugin enabled so it will force to select plan first before registering at site.
found that this issue is coming because you have set the access level to "registered" for payplans plan/group menu. It should be public.This menu is used for routing. It should be public so new user can able to access the payplans subscription process.

Change the access to these menus and check this issue again.
