Problem at installing of EasyDiscuss

Hi Support Team,

I have buy the Easydiscuss Professional and want to install it on my webpage, but face problems. I have buy the Easydiscuss Profesional to meet your Team that they can help me also at installing the Easydiscuss for me.Because you have written that Software Installation Service is include in the Professional.i have not found any Order page to ask that they help me in installing the easydiscuss. After that i have trying alone but i get a error message in that is written is:
Error

There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).

Unable to find install package


Could you please assist me or install the Easydiscuss for me ? Thanks in advance
Hey Tugrul,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The reason why you hitting this is because your php value (upload_max_filesize and post_max_size ) didn't set higher so hitting this limit upload file size issue, can you request with your webhosting provider regarding this?

By the way, I already manually help you installed Easydiscuss in your site, can you give it a check now?

No Problem, the main thing is that you support me

I dont have the link in that you install it ? when i go to my main page (http://www.esorum.com) i dont find it ? Can you give me the admin and the installed page in that i can look it.

I will also speak with my webhoster to prevent for the future this mistakes. But i will be happy when you install it for me to my http://www.esorum.com direct. I mean when i go to this domain i want to see the easydiscuss.

Thank you Arlex it looks good.

I must customize a little bit the page. But when i go to http://www.esorum.com i get an other page. Is that not possible that our guest has an acces direct with http://www.esorum.com instead of http://esorum.com/index.php/discussions/index
Because when they enter direkt the esorum.com it would be easier how can i change this one ?
2. We have as professional license member 5 Templates/Layouts, what if we dont like this 5 and want another ? Where can we find this one ?

Hey Tugrul,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. To make EasyDiscuss the default item on the front page of your site, all you need to do is to access the menu manager at the back end of your Joomla site and click on the "Default / Star" icon for EasyDiscuss menu.

As for the themes, unfortunately right now we do not have any other themes available

Yes i did it but when i write http://www.esorum.com i dont receive my easydicuss page. i dont want to write http://www.esorum.com/index.php.
I want write esorum.com and redirect do this page. Could you please asisst in this issue.

When I accessed http://www.esorum.com/index.php , I am getting this page, http://screencast.com/t/LAtHof22wi1q . Am I missing anything here?

Yes this is the problem. When you enter http://www.esorum.com they must come our easydicuss site and not our provider advertising site. Can you please help i want to access with my normal domain http://www.esorum.com into easydicuss.

i am very unhappy with this.

I can't help you with this. You need to check this with your hosting provider as we can't control how the webserver behaves.

it does not have something to do with web hoster. The problem is on the file .htaccess in that file the redirection has to be changed but i dont know how ? When i install other software it works, but after Joomla and Easydiscuss installation it does not work. When you can not fix this one, please give my money back with the 30 days guarantee. This make not sense when my guest should enter http://www.esorum.com/index.php/ and like this. My Guests should only enter http://www.esorum.com and must go to the page. ?

Please help me regarding this otherwise it make not sense for me to work with a big company like SteackIdea.

1. This has nothing to do with EasyDiscuss
2. This has nothing to do with Joomla
3. The reason that there are ads from your hosting is because they placed an index.html file on your root folder.

Renaming the index.html file to something else fixes the issue.

i have rename the index.html file but now i get the 403 forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Page

What should i do ? please help me. Its not customization its only that the easydisuss work on the main page at http://www.esorum.com

Can you not access and look only 2 minutes. Please i need the page to publication on my Company. This make me very said

Hey Tugrul,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

The reason why you hitting that 403 error is because you also renamed this index.php to iindex.php , so browser trying to load your page but system didn't see any index.php file in your Joomla root folder so hitting this error.

I have help you renamed back to index.php, it work fine now and forum page is display on your homepage also http://www.esorum.com
