Problem after upgrading to Easyblog 5.0.29

Hi there
After update to 5.0.29, I can not publish any new post nor a previous copy
The screen goes completely blank and not load anything
Can you help me?

Hey Gustavo,

For some reasons, you don't have a default category and our installer is actually supposed to fix this. To fix this, I had to set a default category on your site and the composer loads up fine now

However, I need your help to answer the following as I need to solve this issue once and for all:

1. Which version did you upgrade from?

2. How was the upgrade done?

I can't investigate on the root issue because the user account you provided has no super admin privileges and I don't have the ftp access either

Hey Gustavo,

I seem to be hitting this error when trying to login "No tiene privilegios de acceso a esta sección de la administración." . Can you please advise?
