I've checked in your site, it seems like all of your existing blog post is show this author name 'Père Castor' instead of you mentioned this "misère", am I missing something here?

However, I have removed that "index.html" file from this file location -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/fields/type/.., because of this then causing the submit post issue, you can refer on my first attached screenshot below.

Regarding with your email not send out issue, it seems like you have disable those subscription option from backend, I already help you enabled it and this option "Allow Modification Of Comment Setting" can't be disable if you still allow user to comment on your blog post, because this option if you disable it, it will disable that comment by default. (second screenshot)

If you do not want user to edit these setting from the composer, I already help you disable all the "Change Comment Settings When Composing Blog Post" setting from backend > Easyblog > ACL > select your user group , you can refer on my third attached screenshot below.
