Problem after update

I just updated my EasySocial and now my profile has lost all the formatting. I mean it looks like as if CSS files are not loaded. Please see the attached screenshot.

I have to edit your previous reply as you put your site access inside the replying area instead of inside Site Details Tab.

Regarding with the issue, it seems like the issue is come from JF connecto themes from your backend > easysocial > themes .http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-03_1619.png
I've change to Frosty themes and the easysocial site is displaying properly now. You might need to consult with JoomForest team regarding with their themes issue as we do not have control over it.

Hi,

Yup. I can see the css is not loaded properly. Have you tried change your site template to Joomla default template and see if the display still distorted? If it so, can you please provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can further investigate this issue on your site.

Please advise.

I just updated ES today and the problem came back. I uninstalled ES completely and reinstalled and the same problem is back. Please help!!

Hello Sky,

It seems like there is no themes selected from your backend > easysocial > themes after the update process thus causing the css issue. I've choose 'Frosty' as default and your easysocial layout is displaying properly now
