Hello,
I want to use private and mass mail messaging in the Joomla.

however, when I try to create a private message I can only see super your your name and no one else, LOL.

I know this may not be your problem but you are the best developer that I know can help me.
What setting is missing for the users and I can see any of them in the available 400+ user list to send a private message?

I would greatly appreciate your wonderful support/hints as always.

If you only select "Super User" group (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/8paPWI6i38HB1nWUhVOCZj0qziasvD ) then Joomla will only send to "Mark" account because this "Super user" user group only contains 2 user accounts.

You can filter this Joomla user group from your backend user listing page.

Hello Ayhan,

To be honest with you, after almost a decade building Joomla extensions, I have never personally used this feature in Joomla till this day.

From what I can read on their documentation at https://docs.joomla.org/Help310:Users_Mass_Mail_Users , the idea is to just fill in the subject and contents and you are good to go.

Hi Good morning.

When I try to create a private message I can only see "super user" - which is your name in the list.
I'm wondering what settings make you visible but the others can't be seen??
