Hi,
I created a personal event page for users. I'd like they use events as personal reports.
I want to be sure that the personal event will not appear in the search of other users.
Hey Vito,

As long as it is private, it can still be searched but Invite only events would not appear

Ok I will change the private to invite only. Also I'd like that the users can't modify that configuration.
In this case could they search their events?

I think if the user decides to make it public, it is their choice If you remove that choice, then your events would be empty unless they create their own events.

Maybe I didn't explain my question. Client want that the users don't share the reports, events. They just should create their personal reports visible just by the creators. They could search just their reports (events). Also I'd like an ID created by the system for each report, is it possible?

I describe the website to understand better the problem.
This is an association of instructors. So each instructor does some courses, and he must write a report (Event) about each course, in his page. Only each instructor can see his report. The new problem is about report number (id). Because the report represent a document, and it should have his unique ID.
