Hello
Looking how to open private discusions members to moderators or administrators? A little at the same time of your tickets, either they are public thus published on the forum or they remain private.

with this checkbox:
Make this message private
This message will be private and can only be viewed by you and the members of the support team.
Oops, sorry for the inconvenience but I found the solution.
