Privacy Dropdown Boxes not opening

The Privacy Dropdown boxes in the 'Manage Privacy' area of the profile are not opening when clicked on, could you check and advise how to fix please?

Thank you for checking Abdul, it is working perfectly today as well, no idea why it was not working up to yesterday, a puzzle.....
