You can actually click on the "Preview Post" in the composer which allows you to preview the post before publishing them.

When i do, I became a 404 error with page not found. I understood when I read previously posted items about preview you necessarily on the front end must be logged in.

The backend preview post is a good idea, but not one we can implement straight away. We'll see what we can do to put it for the next release. However, it will be most helpful if you can post your suggestion in the Voices section. That way it will be easier for our developers to gather all the suggestions for future development.
