Hi Support

I have a post here:

http://www.finalbug.net/blog/entry/407-going-mustang-without-a-data-wrangler-1

Is there some kind of code that I can add per hand to the Blog post to stop the video being loaded to the bloglist view?

http://www.finalbug.net/blog

I would rather have the first image being loaded with out using the Blog Image function.

thanks in advance

Paul
Hello Paul,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Perhaps you can hide the video in the truncation mode from your backend > easyblog > settings > layout > general > frontpage blog truncation, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-09_1805.png so that image will load instead of video at your frontpage layout.

Hi Erzul

That is a good idea.
The only problem is that I want the videos from posts such as these to go to the list view:

http://finalbug.net/blog/entry/404-in-depth-3d-titles-fcpx-10-2-part-1-of-3
http://finalbug.net/blog/entry/405-in-depth-3d-titles-fcpx-10-2-part-2-of-3
http://finalbug.net/blog/entry/406-in-depth-3d-titles-fcpx-10-2-part-3-of-3

This is the way I usually want things to go.
I need a way to stop maybe one in 10 videos not going to the List page.
Also to make matters more complicated I have the video embedded using JCE Image manager.

best

Paul

Hi Support

I tried it using the Blog Image function.
It works but stretches the picture.
Guess that it is better than nothing

thanks
