You need to use Payplans Limit subscription app which limit the subscription of user's.

To remove extra no-status subscriptions , you need to use Payplans auto Delete dummy order's functionality.
Go to backend Payplans >> Configuration >> Expert and set Auto Delete Dummy Records to specific period. which are not being used by customer from the specified period then here you can set the period. This option will delete only those records which have subscription status as ‘No-Status’.

Ive added the upgrade app and a error message show up when you click link to see dashboard then click upgrade.
