Currently, you need to do some customization on this files .../administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/cluster/cluster.php as delete are allowed for site admin and owner of the page currently. You can check on candelete() function on file above.

Note: You need to do backup on your changes as those changes will be overridden once you made update/upgrade on your components.
