Prevent comments?

Is it possible to prevent people who are not logged in from posting comments, but still allow comments from people who are logged in, and still allow people who are not logged in to view everything? I see that we can set permission on posts and replies, but I don't see any way to set permission on comments.
You can configure this from your site backend > Easydiscuss > ACL > public/guest > comment > make sure turn off this 'Post New Comments' .
