Prevent auto installation from EasyBlog Modules?

Could it be that the EasyBlog component auto install some unpublished modules? To keep an overview about my environment I normally delete any unused module. I´m very sure i did that for the StackIdeas components as well. However now every module is back in a unpublished state.

If you auto install them, what do i need to perform to prevent the auto installation from these modules?
Yep, this is a bug and it should not re-install modules that was previously not installed. This has been addressed internally and will be addressed in 5.1.6
