I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Try apply this following CSS into your current template css file :

div#fd.eb .eb-entry-nav-prev .pull-left {

    width: inherit !important;

}

If that will not get any affect in your site, try apply above css code into this file -> JoomlaFolder/template/YourTemplate/html/com_easyblog/styles/custom.css (You have to manually create these folder/files)
