I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The permalink field is more like an "alias" field. It basically allows user to change the url title for their profile. For example, if your username is jeff but you do not want that to appear in the url, you can set a permalink of "admin". When EasySocial links to your profile it will then use "admin" rather than "jeff".

Nik was trying to set up cronjobs (again! - after some weird server behavior zapped about half the site), at storycatchersonline.org. Apparently Nik was unable to access my SSH.

I've written my isp about the problem, but have yet to hear back from them.

I know you were able to gain access to set up cronjobs, a week or so ago, so I'm not sure what's happening. Are YOU able to get in, where Nik is not?

Please advise.

ALSO... please be aware, my control panel also contains a site with a similar url... " storycatchersonline.cloudaccess.net " This is NOT the site I want the cronjobs installed on! (it's just a former playground site I can't seem to get removed from my control panel listing)
