I have several questions before buying the Native App -
1) Is it fully sync with Joomla site - I mean - if a user will register on my application he will be registered to my site?
2) How will you process bug issues? let's say, If there is a bug in the core and you release a fix, how that process will be handled?
3) I assume it would be ok if I will decide to customize the app and add my own features to the App, is it ok?

Yes, that is correct. If the user registers on the app, they are basically registering on your site

2) How will you process bug issues? let's say, If there is a bug in the core and you release a fix, how that process will be handled?

We don't have an SLA on this yet at this point of time but generally when there is a bug, we normally will schedule a new update bi-weekly

When the app is released, we provide the full access to the source code and it is entirely up to you what you decide to do with it

Hello Avi,

Just like any of our extensions, renewals are priced at 20% if you renew before expiration If you have features to share, you are more than welcome to share it on the forums and we'll see if the feature makes sense to be added back into the core.

I have a question too.

Just like with the bundles, is it allowed to use the app for 2 different websites / projects?

Tnx, Eric

as mark once said at the blog, you can use it for many sites as you want, since you got the source code itself.

But for updates and support you'll need a valid subscription.

And yeah sharing Code in the forum would be nice. Would be more than happy to help.

There are no restrictions. We provide the app's source code as is, and it is up to you to use it on as many sites as you want just like our extensions

The only limitation is support where we will only provide support on 1 domain only, just like our extensions
