I would like to know

if is possible to enforce a "social only" login. User MUST have a valid facebook account and they can not register.

If is possible to import or use facebook photos instead of uploading a local picture.

Yes, you can have a login only social page: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-22_0102.png And once you have logged in with facebook, Easysocial will get the facebook profile picture as your avatar.
