Hi,

The "Pre Expiry" notifications are not sent at all. I did not try other notifications types.

I tried the default one and I have created a custom pre expiry notifications, none of them are working. It is not working since we have updated from version 3 to version 4. We are running the 4.0.8.

The other components of the website are able to send emails.

Thank you to have a look.

Kind Regards,

Jerome
Hey Jerome,

I've checked your site notification rule setting. While checking Logs, it seems emails are sending properly.
If any email failed to send then we will create log for this that email is not sending. But there is no error log related to email failed.
see attached screenshot.

Do you mean after 27/4/2019, no email sent ? Can i assume you upgradec PayPlans 4 before this date or after.
Update me with response.

Thank you for understanding !

Hi Manisha,

The logs that you see have been sent with the version 3 of PayPlans. It was working fine before the migration. We have migrated to the version 4 the 28th of April. Since then, no more emails are sent.

Hey Jerome,

There is no issue with Email sending. I've tried to check with one test user by creating one test plan and notification rule for activation of subscription. Email is sending properly on Activation.
I've already disabled the test plan and notification rule those i created for testing.

I seems issue is with Pre-Expiry Email only, I am working on this issue. will update you once i finished checking.

Thank you for understanding !

Hi Manisha,

I think that did not solve the issue. I have replace the helper.php file but the pre-expiry emails are still not sent.

Kind Regards,

Jerome
