Hi there

I just have some old posts in my blog, which I wanted to archive. But I just realized, that everytime I archive them, the part of the text before the read-more line is gone... It's still lost after I unarchive it.

Any ways to fix (or walk around this issue) this?

Thanks in advance
Hey Remo,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Which version of EasyBlog are you currently running on? Also, are you archiving it from the back end or the front end?

Hi Mark

No problem^^

Ehm, I upgraded from 3.9 to the current one, a few days ago. Maybe the migration scripts didn't go well.
I archived them from the backend.
Just wanted to let you know, that this might be an issue!
I need to make use of my backup anyway, because my posts are messed up now...

Hi Remo,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you provide us with your FTP access and which post that you already archive so we can test it directly on your site?

Hi Ezrul

I'm sorry, I can't give you FTP access, since it's not even hosted by myself... All I can provide is the user login (which I attached in the first post)... Is there any other way?

Hi Remo,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like there was some bugs when you are trying to archive a post that having read more tags, it will strip out the content before the read more tags. Can you download my attachment below and place it inside your /administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/post/ folder and see how it goes?

Hi Ezrul

Thanks for your answer. Currently I'm waiting for a reset of the database to an older version (before the Easyblog udpate) because of various reasons. So I'm stucked here atm, but I'll let you know, if I had success.
