Hello,

after updating on the newest version our posts are visible in the frontend, but not in the backend (see attachment). Is there anything we could have forgot during installation process?

Kind regards,

Alexander Schmülling
Hi Anna,
May I know what is the previous version of your EasyDiscuss before you performed the update? I'm not seeing any attachments too.

Can you also provide us your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate this for you? Thanks.

Hello Raymond,
we upgrade from 3.xxx . As our Joomla lies within our intranet it is not possible to give you access to this site.

Hey Anna,
It's difficult to pin-point the issue since we don't have a better look at the site.
Can you try running the maintenance feature in EasyDiscuss's backend and see if it helps?
Maintenance>Scripts>selectAllScripts>Execute Scripts
Maintenance>Database>Start

If possible, you can also provide us screenshots of the results.

Hey Anna,

Try my following instruction and see how it goes?

1. Go to backend > extension > manage > database > double check and see database structure is it up to date.

2. Go to backend > components > smart search > clear index

3. Try delete discussion post and see is it work

4. If still can't work, disable this plugin "Smart Search - EasyDiscuss Discussions" from backend > extension > plugin.
