When I create a new post using email parser, I am getting double notification, as a user who created the post.
First time you created a post, and a post is approved by moderator (even before its approved), and second time after moderator approves, again both emails. See attached.
Based on what i see your screenshot, it seems like both email generated time is different, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so I can better have a check?

Also can i have the permission to submit a few test post on your site?

Try download my attached files and replace into these following file location.

JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/mailqueue/mailqueue.php
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/post/post.php


And see how it goes.

Before you replace the file you have to do the backup first.

If the issue still persists, can you update your FTP details so we can better have a check.

It didnt work out. I have added ftp details.
When I use email parser to submit posts through questions@leadersnation.com, I believe the proper notifying procedure would be

- You posted new question and is under moderation
- Your question has been approved by administrator

and that should be it.

The current behaviour is when someone submit a discussion, and this discussion under moderation, it will notify to your site Superadmin, custom email address or moderators there got a new discussion under moderation.

Once the discussion approved by site moderators or someone else, system will send out email notification to the author your discussion post already get approved by someone.

If you enabled this setting `Notify User for Their Actions`, so it will notify to the author he did created a new discussion on the site, but you are right, by right, the email title should mention something like you have posted a new question but this is under moderation, i will lock this issue into our issue tracker.

For now you can temporary disabled this setting from your backend > Easydiscuss > setting > notification.

By the way, i did a test submit a new discussion via email on your site, it seems like it doesn't generate duplicate email notification, you can check my attached screenshot below.
