I have set up a Website Training Group for our photo club. I am housing the videos in my YT account. So far I have posted 7 videos in the timeline and they are showing up quite nicely (as long as they are under 128mb). However they do not show in the Videos section of the Group. Should I have posted them there, and if so is there an easy way to move them to Training/Videos?

I was also hoping to Pin an updated list of the videos to the first item in the Training Group timeline. Is there a way of doing this or am I better off editing the About section to make the list... or... alternative? Maybe a post in the Training/Discuss option?
Hello Dan,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Currently there is no way to move a non group video into a group video. I am afraid your best bet is to re-create the videos in the group.

As for pinning the items, yes you can pin the activity item or alternatively mark the videos as featured under the groups video listing, https://take.ms/Rj1my

Thanks Mark
I’ll post my next tutorial video in the Group -> Videos section instead of the time one next time to see how it works out before deleting the others and re-posting to videos. Certainly I could pin the most recent one, but now am wondering if there is a way to sort them by title (which I have numbered).

Also.
- The Group name is website training
- so far I have put together vids based on Community menu items
- next up will be vids on Discussions, followed by some blogging tutorials.

Is there a way to easily group these videos in folders or sub menus?

Hi Mark
I think I have it figured out but if there is a better way please lmk.
I created a separate video training category for Community Discuss and Blog... and I’m pretty certain that will work so that members who want to learn more about the community menu options will click that category and be presented with only videos that have been saved within the community category.
Sound right?

Yeah, that could work either but it really depends on how you want to serve these information. If you want it to appear on groups in EasySocial, I guess posting them in groups would make more sense?
