Postactivation and refunded notification do not works

postactivation notification do not works
I work around and use change status notification and set to work when active status appear - its works correctly

Refund notification do not works - I use change status to refund notification

Its looks that you have general problem with notifications working on invoice satus change (for subscriptions status change its works)
Probably if I change notification definition to work with status inactive it will work, but I am not sure if refund is only case which can set subscription to iactive state,

I am really sorry for the delayed response.

Regarding post activation email, I've checked and found some bug in query to get post activation subscriptions.
which i already fixed at your site and now it's working fine.
change Here : /administrator/components/com_payplans/models/subscription.php

Regarding invoice Refund status, i've tried with user Teststack and it's sending the email correctly.
see attached screenshot.

Please take a look again on these issues and update us with response.
