Hello, is it possible to enable html formatting on the truncation of posts? It seems this does not show up on post previews (like bold, underline, links, etc) in post previews. If it is not possible, that is ok. I am not looking for customization at this time.

Would be a nice on/off feature. Thanks.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, by default when you enable the truncation setting from backend, it will strip all the HTML tag from the blog listing page.

But you can add the read more tag from your blog post so it will remain all the HTML format on the blog listing page.

By the way, I believe our developer will implement to remain the HTML format on the blog listing page even you enable truncation setting and we plan to release next Easyblog version end of this week.

Not really sure what do you mean by global option as there is no way for EasyBlog to know where to place the read more tag. Hence, there is a need for the automated truncation so that it truncates the contents automatically
