Seems like there is some composer issue as you using cloudflare.
Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Download my attached file and replace into following file location.
JoomlaFolder/media/foundry/5.0/scripts/uri.js
JoomlaFolder/media/foundry/5.0/scripts/foundry.js
JoomlaFolder/media/foundry/5.0/libraries/closure.php

2. Run this URL on browser for recompile the javascript (while login as superadmin)

http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&compile=1&minify=1

3. Clear your Cloudflare cache and your browser cache.

For now , you have to clear your browser cache and Cloudflare cache before you open the composer on your site.

-Replace the files into following file location.
JoomlaFolder/media/foundry/5.0/scripts/uri.js
JoomlaFolder/media/foundry/5.0/scripts/foundry.js
JoomlaFolder/media/foundry/5.0/libraries/closure.php

but its not working.
