First of all hats off to the SI team for an incredible extension! We have successfully migrated from JomSocial over to ES for our community using the migration scripts. At what point is it safe to remove JomSocial (and files, tables, etc.) from the site? Are any of the previous files (specifically photos) needed once the migration is complete? We had to bring back over about 80gb (10's of thousands of photos) worth of photos from the Amazon S3 system in order to facilitate the migration, now they a being cronned back to S3 under ES. So can those now excess JS files be removed?
Hello,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Once you've completed your JomSocial migrations, EasySocial no longer need the photos files from your JS nor the database tables from JS By the way, have you already ran the JS group and JS event migration? If not, you might want to run this two migration first before you remove your JS files / db tables.

Again, once you've successfully migrated everything from your JS into Easysocial, you are safe to remove the photos and db tables from your JS Anyway, if you still feel 'unsafe', you can alway backup your entired JS files and db tables into external hdd so that in future if there is a need for retrieving these files or data, you can still has the back up

Hope this help and have a nice day
