post cover default image

The post cover seems to give me a blank picture many times. Is there a way to populate that image with a default image?

You can refer to this documentation to change the placeholder image.

Also, the provided credentials does not have super user access. If possible, I would like to check your configuration as well to see if we can avoid displaying the placeholder image.
