Post article not working

Hi, I installed and posting is not working. everything I post something, it redirects to a page with This page isn’t working sign. Not sure whats going on. I tried backend and frontend. Same problem. Please help me fix

For clarification: Once I type up the post, then press post the bog, it direct to a non working page. Even strangely, it redirects to a page that is working but through easyblog it shows its not working. Here is the link https://www.taxicabuniverse.com

It seems that i hit this http://take.ms/FLnYv when creating a post on your site. It would be best if you can consult with your current web service hosting provider regarding this and see how it goes

I checked with them and stated it had to do with the easyblog. If it cant be fixed please refund so I can I get another blog plugin. Thanks

Hi there,

It is because your PHP settings did not enable this 'Multibyte String (mbstring) Enabled' as shown http://take.ms/iLSvK. Maybe you can consult with them to enable this first and see how it goes

Please advice.

They enabled mbstring and still got the same problem.

It seems like you hitting this following error :


Fatal error: Call to undefined function iconv() in xxx/administrator/components/com_finder/helpers/indexer/parser/html.php on line 36


Can you request with your webhosting provider to help you install iconv module on your PHP server? It should fix this issue.
