Hi,
The App Notifier Email doesn't send the email (set on post-activation).
It used to work.
Could you please check my settings ?

It seems like i was unable to login from your backend, this is what i hitting now :


Warning
Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.


May i know where you set post-activation option from backend?

I had unpublished the support account.

I published it back => you should access now.

I checked your site and found that you have not set the post activation time in emailer app (by default it's lifetime), so that's why emails are not sent. I have changed the post activation time to 1 day , now emails are sending successfully.
see attached screen shot.

Please take a look on this and update me if still issue persist.
