Hey all!

I've setup EasyBlog and it's been working great on our Joomla install, but I was wondering if there was a default page built-in that non-Administrator users could access instead of having to login as a Joomla Admin every time. I can't seem to find a reference to it in the documentation or the forums.

Thanks for any info!
Hey there

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Sorry I don't see a reply above your "by the way" comment. Is there a reply there?

Also my username is "teccean1" (refer to my profile for it if you need to) and I'm not sure what you mean by "order reference". I have an order number, confirmation code, and API number. Is there a reason why I need those to access the forum if I'm already registered?

Hello Anthony,

If I recalled correctly you only had 1 product which is EasySocial that is under this account and we have already executed the refunds based on the ticket id 54099.

I don't seem to see any EasyBlog licenses associated with this account. Could you please provide us with the order reference # of your EasyBlog order please?
