The default method for subscriptions is to start immediately after the purchase. Is there a way for the user to make the purchase but not start until a specified date?

The default method for subscriptions is to start immediately after the purchase. Is there a way for the user to make the purchase but not start until a specified date?
Right now it's not possible to start subscription from specific date in PayPlans.
