Possible to add more rating options?

I would like to know if there exist a possibility to be able to add an option for the person who is commenting to rate more then 1 item. For instance, I would like to add myself the possibility for my site visitors to be able to rate support, service, quality and feedback.

Can you solve this with Komento? If not do you plan to insert it?

Unfortunately this is not possible with Komento out of the box unless you customize the codes. We don't intend to add more than 1 rating though as it doesn't make sense if you are rating on a normal article.

For my scenariio it makes sense as the article I have is about a company where I would like to fetch different views for that company ... not just an overall rating. I see actually some competitors of yours that are doing this. Please review it internally with you and have a discussion around it.

Thank you for your input but you are free to submit this as a feature request under the respective feature request area of Komento. If there are enough people requesting for it, we will consider adding this in the future
