Hi Mark. I had the problem and then upgraded and still have the problem.
I may have several issues, because after upgrading, I get what is shown below and it is permanently 'checking for updates'. In 1- 2 hours I'll terminate this ticket and raise a new one with access information.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Also, could you please edit your post and include the site access please?

Thanks, the browser cleanup cleared my display issues. The problem is still there.
