I would like to know if it is possible to change the position of a photo gallery in an Easyblog article? If yes - where do I have to change this?

I'm not quite sure if I understand you here. Do you mean by position of image shown in the easyblog frontpage? If yes you can change the position by going to your backend > easyblog > settings > layout > general > frontpage blog truncation, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-08_1752.png
