Can you show to us how to replicate it? The popbox position looks fine on my side http://take.ms/1EHzi .

Position the toolbar on a left side, so that the pop box is bottom-left.
Yours is now right with pop-box bottom-right.

Position the toolbar in the sidebar ... Then you'll see it.

The toolbar module needs at least 800px width to fit nicely. The sidebar is too narrow for this situation. My advice is using dropdown menu module or notification module.

One question. You say, u use the drop-down-module or notification-module.

What is missing in the notification-module, is the "profile button". Can one still paste into the module?
