Pop up for image block

In you documentation for the image block in a blog post, it says there should be an option for Image Popup but I don't have one. Also when you preview the post their is a magnifying glass on the image to click but when I click it nothing pops up.

Am I missing something?

To enable image popup in a blog post, during blog composing, edit the image block properties name image link and choose Display Popup.

Can you please provide your site access so that I can investigate about the image that doesn't popup please?
