Pop Up Broadcast delay

Hello,

When a broadcast popup is created, my users are not seeing wen they login, sometimes for days. Is there a way to fix the settgns for this so that users see it as soon as they log in / refresh / visit a new page?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Currently we do not have the setting to set how load it show the broadcast pop up on the site when the user logged in.

By default, system will check all these new status/stream/comment/notification/broadcast notification in around 2 ~ 3 minute.

If the default check notification time interval set to very lower, it will causing some performance issue is because it will always send a request to your server to get back those latest new notification/stream/comment on your webpage.
