PM popup window not open

Hi,
I have easydiscuss installed on my website. I noticed one strange issue. If I try to send a Personal Mesasage (Conversation) to member by clicking on the PM button, the window to enter the message does not open. So I can't send private message to anyone. Do you have any ideas what is causing this issue?

Hey there,

It seems like this issue is caused by your system plugin called "Minitek Content Utilities - System". As soon as I turned this plugin off, it works fine.

I believe the plugin is probably relying on the $document object from Joomla but since this is an AJAX request, they shouldn't blindly be relying on the document object. It should check for the request type.

Hi Mark,
just for the info, I noticed that komento isn't working either. All because minitek system plugin. But I tried your solution by myself and it works like a charm. I've edited mcusystem.php file and now everything works, PM, Komento and post reply.
