I am trying to update to the latest, but everytime I try and extract I never moves past 0% on "Extracting component files". I have let it sit for over an hour, and have tried the launcher & full pro compiles. Is there anything I can check for?
If you already tried to download full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend still unable to progress that installation, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check.
It seems like I didn't see any site details you attached, perhaps you can try access your profile page https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site then insert your Joomla backend and FTP access and save it, keep us update once you have done this.
