Also, the link will not be crawled(http://take.ms/n3whp).

As mentioned by my colleague, this is a pretty tricky hack if you need to hack it because it involves hacking the core files. I would not say that this is not possible altogether but should you want to try exploring this, these would be the files involved:

/plugins/content/easysocialstream/easysocialstream.php - See method @renderStream

/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/story/story.php - This is the story library that renders the story form
