There is no other component or plugin that you have to reconfigure everything after a minor update. I updated to EB .16 and I have a mess.

You guys have many avenues to let us know before we click the update button.
And I don't mean coming here and searching around. I even looked at the release notes, and there is no mention of this being a destructive update.

Then I would know better than to update if I need to make a bunch of edits to the script right after.

I submitted a ticket to get help here, and need to send out a newsletter today, but can't until my site is fixed.

Hey John,

Since you have already posted a ticket on our helpdesk, we have already responded to you on the ticket. We are actually updating the extension to accommodate requests submitted by users and your requirements are unique. The new settings that was introduced in 5.0.16 are there to solve most of these issues.
