"Please select a valid plan" error

Users are unable to register for an account or renew an existing account. After you select a plan and check out, there is a message at the top of the page that says "Please, select a valid plan" and you are redirected to the list of available plans. That continues in a loop.

Renew Plans is installed and this has worked before.
Update: Forcing HTTPS through my host seems to be what's breaking it. How do I enforce SSL if it breaks the registration process? "Use SSL" is checked in the configuration, but it still sets off a warning in browsers.

Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
