Please give me advice for cache system

It is too slow to load sidebar contents.
So, I want it to load more faster.

For EasySocial, which cache system is better?

- server side?
- Joomla default in Global Configuration?
- or anything?

This is the first time to use cache system for EasySocial.
I worry about some system setting will have a bad influence on the display of the contents.

Hm, what do you mean by "sidebar loads so slow"? Do you mean when clicking on a filter, the ajax response is slow?

To be honest, it doesn't make sense to cache a social network site because your content get's updated almost by the minute (if your site is busy)
