EasyDiscuss is still not working properly. Please check my ticket #25451 and confirm if Ishould reinstall all again with a Joomla previous version.

Hi Arlex,

I don't know what happened, but before it was like I send you in the attach picture.
Could you explain why I couldn't install for my end EasyDiscuss yesterday? What was the problem?
Also, can you advise how can I install EasySocial in my local machine?

The support tickets are not working for me. Can't post any answer.

I'm referring to ticket #25451, I believe this issue is now resolved and my colleague has already replied an answer to you in helpdesk isn't? The reason why you cannot post on helpdesk because the ticket it is already closed. Is there anything more that I can help you with or if you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.

By the way, please refrain from sending us multiple tickets/threads requesting for the same issue as this would slow down our support's response and it can and will only lead to confusions.

Please be advise.
